JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.9.2017, passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Narkatiyaganj, West Champaran, Bettiah whereby and whereunder Anganbari Kendra No. 61 being run by the petitioner has been directed to be shifted in ward no. 1 of Dhurm Nagar Centre, but considering the fact that about five years have already lapsed since the passing of the said order, the petitioner has confined her relief to grant of liberty to her to agitate her subsisting and fresh grievances, if any, before the respondent authority.
