ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 17.01.2018 in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.05 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/328/304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law and there is only general and omnibus allegation against the present petitioner and the entire family has been roped in. The petitioner has already been in custody for almost six months and shall abide by the terms and conditions of this Court.

In view of the aforementioned circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36922 of 2018 (2) dt.13-07-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 05 of 2018.
