Petitioner, already in custody since 18.5.2018, seeks bail in Barun PS Case No. 97 of 2018, registered under Sections 307, 395, 353, 332, 333, 341, 323, 324, 436, 504, 147, 148, 149, 120B of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act.

The allegation in brief is that on account of death of a person in a road accident large number of local people protested and were raising demand for compensation and also attacked on police personnel.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that large number of people have been implicated in this case and there is no corresponding injury to the assault alleged against the petitioner and the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner Munna Kumar Gupta is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Barun PS Case No. 97 of 2018.
