2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 287 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased.
4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that from the postmortem report, it appears that initially the doctor had written that the death has been caused due to hanging but subsequently correction was made and it has been written as death due to strangulation.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
