The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laheri P.S.Case No.513 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he is running nonbanking organization and collected crores of rupees and thereafter closed the bank.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has not collected amount from the informant or any other person, he is running school and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38732 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit.
