The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Piyar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner along with 60 other candidates having obtained employment as Teacher by representing that they had passed the T.E.T. examination and had obtained a pass certificate, however, upon enquiry it has been found that the said certificates were forged. It is the allegation of the prosecution that the petitioner had obtained employment by committing forgery.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, she

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 02.02.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 6039 of 2018 as also vide order dated 20.04.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20468 of 2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as also considering the fact that similarly situated soaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, I deem it fit and proper to grant anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piyar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
