2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.

3. Informant suspects that all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner committed murder of his brother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence. Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. During course of investigation, none of the witnesses have claimed to have seen the alleged occurrence or seen this petitioner to commit the offence.

Petitioner claims clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67808 of 2025(3) dt.12-11-2025 2/2 and he is in custody since 02.06.2025. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned APP oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Jamui/successor Court, in connection with Sono P.S.
