2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238, 118(1), 118(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the father of the informant, namely, Md. Jawed (deceased) used to supply labours and he has given Rs.10,000/- to each and every accused persons including this petitioner. It is further alleged that the father of the informant has gone to the house of this petitioner and on next day, his dead body was found near canal.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from perusal of the FIR it is clear that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus and the name of this petitioner has surfaced on the basis of mere suspicion.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner and has submitted that the deceased has gone to the house of the husband of this petitioner and that they have taken Rs10,000/- each. Save and except this, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 21.04.2025.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Katihar.
