2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 353, 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-B) AA/26/35/27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with his gang members fired at the police party who tried to arrest them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that petitioner has two

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. This application stands rejected.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of all the cases registered against the petitioner.
