2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 08.05.2022 at about 01:30 P.M. when the informant along with her son Md. Samir Khan was drying cloths on the terrace of the house, in the meantime, two accused Md. Kashu and Md. Imran @ Murga came on a bike and fired. It is also alleged that they also threatened the informant to withdraw the earlier case lodged by this informant against them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation at the belated stage

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69565 of 2025(2) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 with ulterior motive. No person has sustained injury in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got nine criminal antecedents. Hence, he does not deserve privilege of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) AjayMishra/- U T
