2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 1004 of 2023 (G.R. No. 4204 of 2023) registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

3. Recovery is of 165 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71337 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 1004 of 2023 (G.R. No. 4204 of 2023).

7. The petitioner will visit Sour Bazar Police Station on the first and last Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
