Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 38(i), 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concerned with the alleged seized liquor. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63164 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 193 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
