2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 271 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. subsequently Section 103(1) of the B.N.S. has been added.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner is the grandfather of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of the allegations and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan/ concerned Court below in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S.
