The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death.

The allegation is general and omnibus. The husband is already in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 16-08-2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60108 of 2017 (4) dt.07-02-2018 shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
