This is an application for regular bail in connection with Supaul P. S. Case No. 136 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is that he along with other accused persons kidnapped daughter of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no evidence against petitioner of kidnapping the girl. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 10.4.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of
