Petitioners are in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 86 of 2018/380/2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 20.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 16.800 liters of Nepali wine. He submits that they have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for more than one and half months, let the petitioners, named
