JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 dated 02.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Though, it has been alleged in the F.I.R that the victim girl aged about fourteen years has been kidnapped by the petitioner and others, but the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has denied the aforesaid allegation. She has stated that she is twenty years old and had gone with the petitioner to Himachal Pradesh of her own accord. She has also categorically stated that she was not subjected to any sexual act.
