Petitioners are in custody in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this court today has granted bail to co-accused Vijay Kumar Yadav and Shankar Yadav and the case of these petitioners similar to other co-accused who have been granted bail today by this court, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
