2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was going to his house. He was intercepted by some unknown miscreants. It is further alleged that miscreants snatched away the mobile and Twenty thousand rupees and also the bike of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been framed in this case only on the basis of his antecedents. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has also confessed his guilt during investigation. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of two cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 297 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Sherghati at Gaya. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) durgesh/- U T
