The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 57/2018 dated 21.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not bear any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.04.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 57/2018.
