====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirisia O.P) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case there a recovery of 4 ltrs liquor from the possession of the petitioner. So far as the motorcycle is concerned, it was released vide Annexure 2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019.

Considering the quantity of liquor recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019.
