The Petitioner seeks bail in Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that on mere suspicion the petitioner has been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 23.08.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59133 of 2017(2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017.
