2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62873 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that provisional anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners by the aforesaid order, to be confirmed upon payment of Rs. 1,61,000/- in four instalments by 15.05.2019. Owing to extenuating circumstances, however, payment of only Rs. 80,000/- could be made till date. As a last indulgence, the petitioner seeks three months' further time to make payment of the remaining Rs. 81,000/-. Prayer has also been made for extending the time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds before the learned court below.
4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67717 of 2019(5) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 the same is allowed and the petitioners are granted three weeks' time from today for making payment of the remaining amount of Rs. 81,000/-. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by the petitioners as granted in terms of order dated 27.03.2019 is hereby extended by six weeks from today.
5. The provisional bail granted to the petitioners in terms of the order dated 27.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 62873 of 2018 shall stand confirmed upon deposit of the remaining amount of Rs. 81,000/- within the stipulated time, failing which the provisional bail shall automatically stand cancelled.
