====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.20 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 409, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the Sub-Inspector, who in his self statement has stated that he received a memo from Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga regarding defalcation and misappropriation of funds under Government Schemes from the account of complainant Suman Kumar Jha. Suman Kumar Jha had complained that from his account, several deposits of funds of Government Schemes were made and thereafter, same were withdrawn but he had no knowledge about several transactions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40199 of 2018(2) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 of said withdrawn. The matter was inquired by the Bank Manager and it was informed that Wasiur Rahman, who runs a Commercial Service Center, was instrumental in getting open a forged account in connivance with block level employees. He managed to defalcate and misappropriate funds which were made for Social Schemes.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and she was an employee of said Commercial Service Center and works on the instruction of said Wasiur Rahman. It has further been submitted that she has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 30.05.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S.
