2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 353 , 351 ( 2 ), 351 (3) , 109 and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that informant namely , Urmila devi alleged that on 23.07.2025 at about 7 PM , all the 9 F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner entered house of informant and assaulted informant and others. It is further alleged that accused persons also misbehaved with informant. When son and daughter-in -law and daughter-in -law of informant came to her rescue , they were also assaulted. Lastly , accused persons abused informant and others and also pelted stones at them.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. Allegation is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Injury sustained by informant sides are simple in nature . Case and counter case .
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner, case and counter case , nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM II Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 146 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 . (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
