1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by the learned District & Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge Excise Court No. 1, Banka vide order dated 13.08.2024 passed in A.B.P. No.665 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No. 2011 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74743 of 2024(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with a request to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No. 2011 of 2023.
