Petitioner is in custody in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 for the offence under section 30, 30(a) & 38 of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 208 liters of liquor. Learned counsel submits that persons from whose house, the liquor was seized, was granted anticipatory bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 34388 of 2018 vide order dated 20.6.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
