1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 25.04.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.9155 of 2019, the learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that difference of salary as well as family pension, as per the 6th and 7th Pay Commission Report has been credited in the account of the petitioner on 15.04.2024.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.3964 of 2019(6) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 petitioner submits that the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Munger, be directed to supply a calculation chart of the aforesaid amount deposited in the account of the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from today and in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, she be granted liberty to avail such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her subsisting grievances. It is directed accordingly.

3. It is needless to state that the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Munger, shall be obliged to furnish a calculation chart to the petitioner, at her residence, with regard to the aforesaid amount deposited in her account, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, he shall not draw his salary.

4. The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
