The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ / Writs, Order / Orders, Direction Directions upon the respondent authorities to consider the objection petition / representations filed by the petitioner on different dates pursuant to Notice issued by the Land Acquisition

Patna High Court CWJC No.17343 of 2022(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/3 Officer, Supaul through Letters No. 1657/ भू-अ०, 1659/ भू-अ०, 1660/ भू-अ०, 1661/ भू-अ०, 1662/भू-अ०, 1663/ भू अ०, 1664 / भू- अ०, 1665 / भू-अ०, 1666 / भू- अ०and 1667/ भू-अ०, all dated 26.11.2021 with respect to acquisition of land in Bhartmala Pariyojna Package V, viz. Land appertaining to Thana No. 198, Old Khata No. 39, Old Khesra No. 273 and 281 having an area of 0.3.1 decimal and Old Khata No. 106, Old Khesra No. 274, 275, 276, 277, 278, 279 and 280 having an area 2 Katha 9 decimal of land and dispose them in accordance with Law as expeditiously as possible within a time frame.

(ii) For issuance of an ad-interim order restraining the official respondents to prepare award and / or disburse the payment of compensation amount to any of the private respondents till the disposal of the objection petition / representations filed by the petitioner. (iii) For any such other relief / reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the present facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 (Land Acquisition Officer, Supaul) to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 08.04.2022 and 20.05.2022 in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Respondent No. 5 (Land Acquisition Officer, Supaul) to dispose of the representations of the petitioner within a period of four months after hearing all the parties from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this

Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
