JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 49582 of 2017. Allegation of rape is against the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though there was direction to conclude the trial within a period of seven months but case is still running for appearance. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to learned trial court to expedite the trial, if possible to separate the trial of the petitioner, and conclude it within a reasonable period.
