The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

As per prosecution, it is a case of cruelty due to non fulfillment of dowry demand.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the informant. It is submitted that he is poor man and working as an agricultural labour. The parent and Guardian of the informant solemnized her marriage with the petitioner against her will. The informant is not inclined to live with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Munger (Tarapur) Mahila P.S. Case No. 33 of 2020, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger.
