Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S.Case No.14 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, petitioner and other accused persons came variously armed and threatened the informant to withdraw the case and thereafter there is allegation against the petitioner of assault by rod causing injury near the eye and on the shoulder and there is allegation against the other accused persons also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is not named in the case lodged by Sarswati Devi and he has been falsely implicated in this case . There is land

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj PS Case No.14 of 2019 dated 18.1.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
