2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 152 of 2025, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. On secret information regarding storing of illicit liquor in the Baswari situated near the house of Nitin Kumar, police team reached there and recovered 6.525 litres of illicit liquor from the said Baswari. It is alleged that petitioner along with co-accused managed to flee away from the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of Chaukidar. Petitioner was not present on the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Place of recovery does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner has two

Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Nitin Kumar @ Nitish Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69592 of 2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the Petitioner, above-named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Court Excise Act-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S.
