JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.3.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.5934 of 2017 with observation to conclude the trial within a period of six months and there is recovery of country-made pistol from the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for the last two and half years and trial has not been concluded as yet.

Heard learned APP and from perusal of report it appears case is fixed for recording statement of the accused. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite
