The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.64 of 2022 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she got married with the petitioner and they have been living happily as is evident from para 44 of the case-diary. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

No.67915 of 2022(4) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.
