JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.112 of 2018 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case 30 litres of Mahua liquor was seized. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 30 litres of Mahua liquor, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after 27.07.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Nawada
