Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-1895 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354C, 307, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this

Petitioners are separate in mess and meal from the husband of the complainant and they have no concern with the affairs of complainant and her husband. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-1895 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
