2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 63 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

3. The earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed as not maintainable by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 29732 of 2021.

4. As per allegation, 72 liters of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from a hut, situated in the cattle house of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71959 of 2024(2) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 29.07.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subordinate Court of learned Special Judge Excise-II, Samastipur in connection with Excise Case No. 63 of 2021, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
