2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'BNS').

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner, who is a 22-year-old person, has been languishing in jail since 19.07.2025 and the informant's daughter, who is said to be the victim, has recorded her statement before the Judicial Magistrate, in which she has not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67752 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 supported the prosecution's allegations and has stated that she left her guardian's house of her own free will, without any threat or persuasion by the petitioner, and the matter relates to an adolescent love affair.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. In the facts and circumstances of this case, and considering the above submissions, particularly the petitioner's young age, period of custody, and the completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 277 of 2025.
