Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The son of the informant had gone to his matrimonial house. Thereafter, he did not return back. Suspicion was raised that the family members of matrimonial house have committed murder. Wife and other relations are accused in this case.
Considering the fact that only material against the petitioners is suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41874 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ballia Police Station Case No.328 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
