2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2022, he is a person with clean antecedent and the allegation is of assaulting the victim by a knife on his head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on Annexure-3 to the bail application to submit that the injury found on the head is simple in nature. The learned counsel thus submits that it was never the intention of the petitioner of committing a serious crime rather on the spur of

It is next submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner will face the trial and will not abscond.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submission made by the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P. S. Case No.227 of 2022.

7. The application stands allowed.
