2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the learned court below.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have taken away the minor daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her with the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in this case. He submits that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has not supported the prosecution case. He further

5. Learned APP for the State opposes for prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No.144 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
