2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 520 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated on the accusation of demand for dowry and inflicting torture upon the complainant. The petitioners are the mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law of the complainant, who are however staying separately and have no concern with the day-to-day matters of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67336 of 2019(3) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 complainant and her husband. The complainant's husband has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 77196 of 2019 having regard to the fact that he had filed divorce case prior to filing of the present complaint case. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Learned counsel for the complainant appears and states that the complainant is ready and willing to live with her husband, but the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are instrumental in creating problem between them. The husband of the complainant was earlier married to another lady, but the same was dissolved within five months of marriage.

5. Be that as it may, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 06.11.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 520 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Jehanabad is hereby confirmed.
