JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks liberty to prefer an appeal against the impugned order dated 10.08.2019, passed by the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, before the Bihar Municipal Building Tribunal, Patna. It is further submitted that for a period of four weeks, some protection be granted. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20542 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 case, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the aforesaid order dated 10.08.2019 before the Bihar Municipal Building Tribunal, Patna and in the meantime, in order to enable the petitioner to file the requisite appeal and seek interim relief, it is directed that the aforesaid order dated 10.08.2019 shall remain suspended for a period of four weeks from today.
