2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from the possession of one this petitioner, one live cartridge was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather his name has been framed in this case as he is having criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State conceded the argument of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani.
