The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 604 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30 and 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 10 liters of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.
