Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 420 of the I.P.C.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It would appear from the record that the F.I.R. is lodged after one month of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2018.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
