Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jadiya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 188, 186, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
