====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/37(2) of Bihar Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 6.3 liters of liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.5.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39885 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge Excise Act, Buxar , in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018.
