Mr. Sri Arun Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 134 of 2018 registered under Sections 307 and 326B of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner was indulged in one side love with the victim and out of frustration, threw acid while she was going to market and sustained grievous injury. Submission is that injury is not on the vital part and petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2018.

It's a case of acid attack so the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
